Back in 2015, I created the very first version of A Course in Canva.
Canva was still brand new back then (and AI wasn’t even on our radar!).
The year before, I had moved my business online. Things were working… but moving slowly. In August, I made myself a promise: I’d go all in and see what was really possible. By November, I’d hit my first six-figure year—and Canva was a huge part of how I got there.
I used it for everything: website graphics, logos, business cards, social media posts, group program workbooks—you name it.
And now? I use it for even more. Presentations, product mockups, photo editing… Canva has only grown, and so have the ways I rely on it.
What started as a way to save money and DIY my graphics turned into one of the most valuable skills I’ve ever mastered—and one I’ve been teaching entrepreneurs ever since.
