These 1:1 sessions are a blend of intuitive energy work, Reiki, drum journeying, and soul listening. They are not formulaic or scripted — they are deeply personal and guided by what your body, spirit, and heart need in the moment.

Sessions are held virtually and last approximately 60 minutes.
