I sat on my first book
for years.
I knew I had a book inside of me. I could feel the weight of it. But somehow, the gap between "I want to write a book" and "I am a published author" felt impossibly wide.
It wasn't until I set a hard deadline, hired a mentor, and made a real commitment that everything changed. I stopped waiting to feel ready and started showing up anyway.
The decision to finally say yes to my book dream changed everything. Not just because the book got written. But because of who I became in the process.
Since then, I've published three books. And I've watched enough writers stay stuck to know: what most people need isn't more time, more inspiration, or more information. They need a container. A community. A deadline. And someone who's been through it to walk beside them.

Not at all. Some participants will arrive with a strong idea and not a word written. Others will have a partial draft. Both are perfect starting points. Phase One is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This incubator is primarily for memoir, personal development, spiritual, poetry and self-help books — the kinds of books written from lived experience and a desire to serve others. If your book comes from your heart and your life, this is for you.

Ideally 3–5 hours per week: time for the live session, writing, and the community. It's a real commitment, because you are making your book dream real.

The program is designed so that yes, if you show up and put in the work, you will. The structure, accountability, and support are all built around getting you to a published book by the end. What I can't do is write it for you. What I can do is make sure you never have to figure it out alone.

Yes. You can pay $1,350 in full (saving $150), or $250/month for 6 months. Payment details will be discussed after your application is accepted.
